Senior medical imaging executive joins Calgary Scientific to lead global sales and marketing Medical imaging veteran to lead next phase of market growth
Calgary, AB - November 12, 2008 - Calgary Scientific Inc., a leading innovator in enterprise advanced visualization solutions, announced today that Randy Rountree has joined the organization as Executive Vice President of global sales and marketing. Rountree will lead Calgary Scientific’s world-wide sales, marketing and business development with a focus on expanding OEM partner and direct sales channels.
A seasoned industry veteran, Rountree brings to Calgary Scientific an extensive history of executive leadership and broad experience in medical imaging. He served over 25 years with Philips Medical in various senior capacities, most recently as the Sr. Vice President of Philips Imaging Systems for North America. Rountree has a solid reputation in the industry for building top performing customer focused sales and marketing organizations.
